Gaming pc with 1100 USD budget

I want a gaming pc around the budget of 1100 USD(1200 USD with windows).

Intel? AMD? Any preferences? What games are you wanting to play?

I dont have any preferences but I will play demanding games like Crackdown 3(when it launches ofc), Forza Horizon 3 Star Wars Battlefront 2, Assassin's creed and a lot of other demanding games. I just want a pc that will last for a while. I do want liquid cooling Gaming Laptops are fine by me since most laptops have a 1080p screen and the only monitor I have only has 1366x768 resolution at 60hz

I have been looking at HP Omen 15-ce089no. It seems good for a laptop.
