you say you don't want your PC to overheat, but mobo and cpu are made for overclocking and this means increased temperatures. Do you really plan to overclock? If not then, that total price can be reduced notably...

That all looks good. You don't need the extra thermal compound as the Hyper 212 includes stuff that's better than Arctic Silver so you're wasting money there. You also don't need 16GB of RAM for a gaming rig - drop that to 8GB. I'd suggest a different SSD as well - maybe go with a Plextor PX-M3 or Samsung 830.
