What fps-kind games can I play on this pc? :
cpu intel i3-3217u 1.8ghz
gpu intel hd 4000
ram 8gb
os windows8

(i like stuff like battlefield 3 and cod but i want something new) not blacklight retribution or planetside 2

in bf3? you don't even want to ask. but if you insist - its incalculably very very low.

I'm not sure about "new games" but you can probably run bf3 and cod on lowest at incredibly low framerates , below the 15 Fps mark. There is a video on YouTube of someone with your exact components , playing skyrim on medium settings with below 10 Fps.
