System Usage from Most to Least Important: I will be using this to make youtube videos. I will be editing, recording, gaming, and commentating on this machine so I hope for it to be fit for my usages.

Why would you get 4GB RAM? I'd also avoid those Logitech tin can speakers - the speakers built into your monitor are better than those.

With a bit more you can have a 128GB ssd, the 7970, ips monitor and a psu for two 7970, if you want to add another one, if not, just get the xfx 550 core edition :

Well, it looks like you know what you're doing, for sure. Anyone else have any input? I'd like to get a little closer to the $1520 budget. Get the most for my money. Also how's that SSD?

The Plextor M5S is a fine choice for SSD. I'd also recommend the OCZ Vector and the Samsung 840 Pro.
