i forgot.. its for gaming. nba 2k15, dota 2, COD, GTA, bF4 and some basic PS and 3ds max (beginner)

umm.... i shuld take a cheaper am3+ SATA 600 motherboard and a FX 8350, thats much cheaper, and take a GTX 760 from ASUS

No, a gtx 750 TI will only handle medium(ish) settings in modern games... It will NOT play at Ultra with 30 fps.
