First, I will give a general summary of my problem, and then go into specifics:

Summary
: I've had this PC for 3-4 years and it has worked pretty well. Today, PC would not make it past boot screen/bios. I eventually figured out how to boot into the windows repair screen (by holding power to manually shut the pc off 3 times in a row, thus on the 4th time going into repair mode). I ran the diagnostics from this menu and that was unable to fix the problem. I then manually turned off the PC while I could do some more research. When I went to power on the PC again, nothing happened. No sounds, no fans, no lights, not even for a split second. Nothing. Absolutely no power.

Initial Troubleshooting attempts while the PC was still turning on, but only able to get to BIOS menu:
-Check all connections/visual inspection fine
-Used duster to get all of the dust out
-Tried booting from all available sources
-Unplugged all USB devices (mouse and keyboard)
-Unplugged SSD and HDD
-Removed CMOS battery, waited a few minutes, and then put it back in.
NOTE: I had an A0 indicitation on my motherboard throughout this, which apparently means all conditions normal/good.

Troubleshooting attempts after I figured out how to get to boot straight to the Windows Repair screen:

-Ran diagnostics, failed. After turning PC off, I have since been unable to get any sort of power to it.

Trouble shooting after complete loss of power:
-Tested electrical outlets, all fine, plugged into multiple outlets.
-Checked connections again.
-Unplugged everything from PSU besides the Motherboard,CPU,heatsink and cables for the power button.
-Used duster again

Solution
Are you sure PSU is working?
Use the paper clip to short the 2 pins out that starts up the PSU.
If you don't know how to do this, many YOUTUBE videos
Once you know the PSU is working, then onto the other stuff
