Gaming system build help

I'm looking to buy & build my uncle a new gaming(MMO's) PC and need your help. His PC is outdated and is having a hard time keeping up with the rest of the family so we decided to all chip in and buy a new pc. Would like it to be upgradable later on, be it GPU and CPU, overclock able and dependable. Here's what I came up with for a $1000 http://pcpartpicker.com/p/3ctCp . He doesn't need OS, monitor, KB, mouse and the screen is 1080. are these good components and the best for under $1000? Thanks

you can even save some bucks with the right parts
better mobo with 12 phase VRM for OC
better ram 1600 CL8
cheaper PSU, and it is Seasonic brand
you can get the 2nd gtx 760 for SLI in the future
