Hey guys, i'm newer to forums so I don't know if i'm posting in the right thread but I have a question.

I was wondering if you could give me a list of components for a computer that could run games like Far Cry 3, BF3, and Skyrim on Ultra settings? I'm in the $1000-$1200 price range. Thanks in advance.

$1000 -$1200 is a good price range....and it 'll do you benefits in terms of hardcore gaming...
There is a site named
Just go there and search for min requirements of any latest game for ex. Farcry 3...
They present you with a minimum, recommended and gd adjusted requirements..
If you can afford the recommended components within that price range, then u r good to go...
I'd say that ur price range is hefty so u r in the clear...
Best of luck!!
maybe you should post your question at pc building section. btw basically you want good quad core cpu (such as intel i5). as for the gpu it depends on your resolution. for example if you play with single 1080p monitor you will need at least GTX660 Ti or Radeon 7870 if you want to play the game on the ultra setting.
Hey. I suppose you're from US? This computer will for sure let you play those games on ultra settings:
