Is Gary's mod appropriate for a 13 year old boy? He plays black ops and bf3.

pretty sure it's just a sandbox of valve games, and online gameplay is horrible on consoles (if he's on one) People are extremely rude, and are a horrible influence, with that being said I started playing cod4 when I was about 9-10, but I do perfectly fine in school, and have absoloutly no obsession of killing anyone.
