does anyone know how the Gateway Destination Big Monitors do with 3D gaming? I am currently looking for a big monitor to use for gaming, i currently have a 20", andi want bigger, i have looked into some Sony, JVC and RCA digital comb TV's to use as monitors, but if this Gateway Destination will do the trick, and i dont have to spend $1000 on one fo them, then i will get the gateway one...Thx

I played Pod on one (a long time ago) of them once and the graphics looked great on it. After checking Gateways site, I could not see that they even sell these anymore

If it works for you then don't fix it.

I believe they only go up to 800X600 resolution which will look really awkward when you are up close to it (huge icons) but not too bad when you are far away. I think most of the new TVs can handle up to 800X600 as well but they are more expensive.

I work very close to a Gateway store and asked if they still sold them, they do not. So you might want to look into a big 21' Monitor, which for a small room, is big enough.

If it works for you then don't fix it.

This is my dream monitor   , 16x10 aspect ratio  (wider is better)

Hell who needs a dual monitor setup with this baby. Except it is so expensive!!!!
