Question GDDR6 Is this Ram or the PCIe slot?

I'm upgrading to a different graphics card for a racing simulator I use and the ideal specs list a graphics card that is GDDR6. Is this the PCIe slot or the actual Ram like the Ram sticks? If it's the Ram where the sticks go my motherboard shows DDR4. Will a GDDR6 graphics card work?

That is the memory on the GPU.
It has no correlation to the system RAM.
