Gears of war 2007 -1605 error

Hi please help im getting -1605 error every time i try to install gears of war i tried deleting every singe registry entry that relates to gow, microsoft games, epic games but still same error occur, i know if i reinstall win 7 it will work but i try to avoid that, any help will be much appreciated. Thank you.

Hi thank you for the reply, i have it on disc they are 10 years old got the game as present... The game worked perfectly i remember that i did not uninstalled it properly last time for some reason and now when i try to install it again error appears, its most likely something in the registry that need s to be deleted but i never found what that is...
