GeForce 1070 60 FPS locked?

I currently have a FE 1070 and playing the Witcher 3 and Overwatch at MAX settings. It all looks AWESOME, but I am capping out at 60fps on each title even though I set both of them to unlimited.

I am using the GeForce Experience to measure fps too.

Do you guys know why? I am NOT overclocking anything on my machine. Is it worth it if I'm getting a solid 60fps or is anything above that overkill?

My processor is a i7 6700K @4Ghz.

And you don´t have VSync ON? If you do, turn it off. In the game´s options and and when that doesn´t work you can also turn it off on nVidia Control Panel.
At least you can see if that is the issue. If you notice any screen tearing after turning it off, turn it back on.
