GeForce 1070ti - fans spinning at full speed, no signal detected.

Hi, I have a problem with my graphics card. Today my screen turned black with the information "No signal detected" and my fans went crazy. This is not the first time this happens, its the 3rd time. I build this computer myself 3 months ago. ( First time ever ). This normally just happens at random times. I don't really see why anything should be overheating so I'm pretty lost here.

If you have any ideas how I can fix it, please help

Update: It's happening more frequently now, normally when I have a big game open like COD BO4. Can't even open the game at this point. Doesn't seem to happen when I'm not in game.

This does sound like a dead/Dying GPU core... Does the Card still have warranty

Sadly I bought it in the US and I'm from Iceland so no there is no warranty on it. The thing is that this seems to only happen while I'm playing COD, while just searching around the internet and playing for example Counter-strike, this doesn't happen.
