Geforce 550ti worth it?

I'm buying a card this month or next year. I've been researching for the last 2 months which gpu to buy. my spec are seasonic s12 620w, amd athlon II x2, n68s3b, hd 5450. I plan to upgrade the mobo, cpu and gpu but not all at the same time. I'm gonna buy first the gpu, then the mobo and cpu after 2or3 months.

Here's the thing, 7770 was suggested to me but I found out that it's quite not worth the money. They say 6850 and 7850 are better options but i can't extend my budget from $130 to $175. I think the 5850 is quite better than 6850 but is extinct now. Are there any alternative geforce brand u can recommend? I've looked into the gt 550ti but it's like the 7770. I dont know what to do, should i wait for 8000 series? I really need help =D

If you only want GTX 550 Ti then go for Zotac or ASUS

Or else go for AMD Radeon HD 6790 (Saphire or Power Color) which is better than 7770HD

stop misleading him, the hd 7770 is significantly faster than gtx 550ti and hd 6790, and more or less on par with hd 6850...

And you should get that because its new too.
