Hiya, I want to upgrade my Graph card to a 6600gt pci e , I have a 300w PSU, will this be adaquate to run this card :?:

hi

I think you should be able to run the card,

I have just installed in both my computers the fxf geforce6600 pci express and I do not have any problems.

Well, it depends really on what CPU and Memory/HDD/DVDroms you have. But, seeing that most systems run quite well with 300W on average, it safe to say that you'll be within specs. The 6600 won't require additional power, so it can run off the 75W provided by the PCIexpress x16 interface

Just for interest sakes - what CPU/Mem you using?

Also, you get good 300w PSU, and then there's the others. Mostly, a 300W is actually 280W nominal capable of 300w max.

hiya, I have an AMD64 3700+. and 2 gig 3200 DDR, 2X 512 and 1GB
with one dvd/cdrw, and 320 gig H/D (2 160's).
