Geforce 7600 GS or 7600 GT

i am planning to upgrade my computer.
I might take a PCIE MBoard with 1 GB RAM
which graphics card should i go for?-Geforce 7600 GS or 7600 GT?
IS the 7600 GT worth the extra buck?
Can i play FEAR with 7600 GS?
Also will a PENTIUM D 805 be a good selection???

the 7600gt is much better than the gs so definetly get the gt if u can afford it
the gs will play fear ok but the gt will be much better.
probly almost double the performance.

the pentiumD 805 isn't very good unless u plan to overclock as it is an excellent overclocker.
if that is all that your budget allows for it will do though.

I agree with Giraffe. My 7600 GT has been a great card for me, my money was well spent, and hopefully it will last me a few years on this machine. If had the choice, a 7600 gt would be the way to go.

7600 GS is good for the buck, but the 7600 GT clockspeeds are so much faster. Makes a big difference.

Also consider the X1800 GTO, another great sub $200 card, especially if you're an overclocker.
