i know that using and doing 4 of these programs can boost fps in gaming so is there more programs that boost fps some more?

FPS Boost? HARDWARE. You need to spend the on hardware and stop looking for some 'free software' to make your gaming experiance increase.
Otherwise drop down your graphics level first, when you hit low then look at dropping down 'screen size' to increase FPS

It should be noted, besides MSI afterburner increasing your FPS by OCing, which is really a hardware improvement, the only thing software can do is take away things that might hinder your FPS, like a junked up system.
