CaptainTrap, you should test it yourself because the optimal settings for overclocking depends on every single machine.
What you have to do is enable overclocking and set it 10Mhz faster than before. You test it with the Test button. After that, run a benchmark (3DMark 2001 Game 2, or 3 or whatever you want). If you benchmark works fine, you don't see any craps on the screen and your computer doesn't halt or reboot, you are on your way. Just repeat this procedure until your machine hangs or reboot or textures begin to look crappy. When this happens, you should lower by 15Mhz your corespeed or memory (depending on what you are overclocking) and then you are done.
Please, be very careful and watch the benchmark very carefully. You don't want to burn your new FX.
