geforce fx5600 ultra problems

I have a leadtek fx5600 ultra vid card. I just got it worked great the first day. I booted my computer the next day and when the motherboard bios screen came up there were gray vertical lines all over the screen. Has anyone seen this before? It wouldn't boot into windows, so I restarted it and the same thing, when it did log into win xp I got a power isn't sufficient message. any ideas? my power supply is an enermax 450 watt

Your AgP slot is not getting enough power,you did plug in the video card cable right!!.The power supply might went south on you.

Yeah, the cable was plugged in, I replaced the power supply and it hasn't done it since, Thanks.

Good to see there was an easy fix.

Now more than ever a quality brand name PSU is ESSENTIAL for your system.

Odd though that the enermax went bad on you. Very unfortunate.
