I have a pretty old system (+8 years) and some days ago my gpu began stopping at 405mhz at gpu and memory.
if i just restart pc there is normal (810mhz 500mhz (irl 499mhz idk why)) but if i turn off pc and turn it on the problem is back.
i overclocked my card to 880mhz gpu (idk why its 882mhz on msi afterburner) and 520mhz and that worked for a long time.

Overclocking a GPU reduces its lifespan in most cases. Sometimes it's a little and sometimes it's a lot. The greater the overclock the greater the reduction in service life. I'd say that your GT 630 is starting to get back pain from the load that you're placing on it because it was never meant for that.

Sounds like the gpu maybe slowly giving out or the psu is slowly giving out so not able to provide ample power to the gpu especially with the oc
