probably 25-30 @ 720p on low setting considering you have a decent amount of RAM like 8 gigabytes or so.

If this guy can get an average 30 FPS on med-high graphical fidelity with the following specs:

GTA V GT730 2GB GDDR3 Benchmark - i5 4440 | 4GB RAM | ASROCK H81M-VG4 2.0 | Win 7

You should get a solid 40 FPS (Average) @ 720 on GT 730 GDDR5 with med-high graphical fidelity, provided you've at least 4GB of RAM and a decent processor.

Also make sure, you do the following:

- Update your card with GeForce Game Ready Driver for Grand Theft Auto V Version 350.12
- Read the NVIDIA's Official Grand Theft Auto V PC Graphics & Performance Guide.
