GeForce GT740 1024mb ddr3 could bottleneck with my motherboard/cpu

I, i have a Gigabyte MA785GM-US2H rev1.0, 6gb RAM with AMD Athlon II x2 245 and a GeForce GT740 1024mb DDR3 and i wanna know if i am bottlenecking with my GPU cause i only have a PCI-e 2.0 ? theres is something wrong with my setup and if yes, wath is the best to do for me?

Actually, your CPU is a bottleneck there.

I have another system with Athlon x2 250 and GTS 450 -> tried playing overwatch and no matter what resolution i was trying to play, i could not achieve framerates higher than 10-15 fps because of the weak CPU.

Yeah i'm playing CS:GO and that's exaaaactly the samething happening! So waths CPU you think i should go for? Thanks for your answer by the way!
