Geforce Gtx 1050ti doesn't work!

I just bought an entire setup, and today, the last component, the graphics card arrived. But when I plugged it in and powered it up, its just want spin, and the motherboard GPU led is solid red. The computer works fine without the gpu, but it doesnt eveg get to boot whe the gpu is plugged in.

My specs:
-B360M AORUS GAMING 3 motherboard
-i3-8100 cpu
-FSP Raider 2 450W power supply
- Geforce Gtx 1050 ti oc
-8gb ddr4 ram

Did you...
- Plug your monitor into the 1050 Ti
- Make sure it is firmly seated
- Plug power cable into GPU if needed (shouldn’t be needed, don’t know if that is the case with all models)
- Check BIOS settings (GPU/Video order should be auto or PCIe first)

Did you remove the old GPU drivers in safe Mode(F8).
All GPUs support the video resolution of Safe Mode see if it will boot to that.
