Geforce gtx 1050ti with i5 6400 with a gigabyte GA-H110M-S2H

I have had my pc for a while and my 1050ti for about a year now and I am upgrading it and since I'm pretty bad I am asking if a geforce gtx 1050ti will work with an I5-6400 and a gigabyte GA-H110M-S2H and upgrade my preformance and wondering if I need anything else like a power supply unit like a vs450 or anything.

The GPU will work. To power everything, of course you need a power supply. VS Series from Corsair ain't that great. I'd recommend a Corsair CX450M (grey label). You will also need DDR4 memory and storage.
