Hello,

I have a GTX 1060 card, and I have problems with it.
When I use it with microsoft generic driver, the screen is ok, image quality is normal.
When windows 10 download and install nvidia driver, everything gets pixelated.
If i remove the nvidia driver, everything will be good again.
I tried installing 3-4 different nvidia drivers (older ones too), everything gets pixelated.
Any idea how to hide these pixels from the screen?

Solution
You can underclock core and memory but it is only a temporary fix. Basically the generic windows drivers do exactly that. They make the GPU run in a low power, low clocks state just to be able to display image.
Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

We're going to need more information. Please list your specs like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:

How old is your PSU and which version of Nvidia's drivers are you working with? Did you use DDU to remove your GPU drivers prior to reinstalling?

Dear Lutfij, thx for Your reply.

CPU: AMD RYZEN 5 1600
Motherboard: ASUS PRIME A320M-K
Ram:Crucial 8GB DDR4 3200MHz CL16 Ballistix Sport LT Grey
SSD/HDD:250gb kingston ssd

PSU:Akyga Basic AK-B1-700
Chassis:Kolink Observatory RGB
OS:win10 x64

PSU is brand new.
I bought the vga card as used. This card made same problem in another computer.

thanks

The GPU is faulty. Generic windows drivers make the card work with no artifacts because it will not boost to the proper clock speeds. If possible RMA the card or get a refund from seller.

Can I disable any function in nvidia control panel to hide the pixels?
Or slow down little bit the clock speed? Any tips? I cant send it back.
