Geforce GTX 1060 LED Logo Not On

The led logo on my Evga 1060 ssc doesn't turn on. It never did. I just got it a couple days ago and put it in a brand new mobo. I tried the nvidia led visualizar and switched the light to on and still nothing. Also there is nothing in the GeForce experience program either. I really want the light on. Anyone know what I can do other than sending it back for a new one? Or maybe it doesn't have one? But it sure does look like it.

Is the card working normally (performing well, temperatures good, drivers up to date?) perhaps the LED is bamboozled. If it's that big of a deal to you, you'd need to return it.
