Geforce GTX 660 Ti - Are My Parts Sufficient For It?

I have an Antec Basiq 500W 80+ Power Supply. The 660 Ti says it requires 450W minimum psu, so my psu is fine, right?

Now, my motherboard:

This gpu says PCIe 3.0, and my motherboard's x16 slot is PCIe 2.0. Do I need to upgrade my motherboard for this gpu?

AMD Phenom II X6 1045T 2.7 GHz, not overclocked.

So, will the 660 Ti still be able to perform to its full potential on a 2.0 slot?
