It doesn't quite scale that way.
1) The CPU, DDR3 memory or possibly even the PCIe bus will be a complete bottleneck at some point likely with a 3xSLI at 1.9GHz each.

2) If it's for GAMES, then they don't scale linearly especially with three cards.

I once was a sucker for the high end cards not anymore now they 3.0 and 11.1 soon all that will change again. Remember this chip is old 3-4 years and soon new ones will bury this. And at a cheaper price plus I can play all the games at 1900 on my 52 Plasma and it looks just as good as any 4k and the Plasma was only 700$

For the scaling he isn't talking about SLI he means the clock speed overclock (I'm not sure how that scales either but just wanted to let you know)

I find this pretty impressive, however only 700mhz bump over what i was able to achieve on air inside my laptop so yeah..GTX660m @ 1035mhz core with turbo core @ 1235mhz which it usually stays at during gaminghttp://gpuz.techpowerup.com/13/12/03/pp.png

So here's the deal. Nvidia has put restrictions on manufacturers specific to voltages, temperatures, noise, and heat. Take a look at this article...

http://www.tweaktown.com/news/26082/nvidia_s_green_light_program_are_we_seeing_the_beginning_of_the_end_of_overclocking_gpus/index.html

Pay special attention to this excerpt from that article: "What happens if a partner doesn't submit their card for approval? Well, they can have their GPU warranty and BIOS support removed, or worse - they could have their allocation of GPUs from NVIDIA cut down, or stopped completely."

Also, its worth noting that Nvidia gives special permissions to manufacturers to provide PROFESSIONAL overclockers with cards with unlocked BIOS etc. That means you can't get one, unless the manufacturer is willing to risk losing their arrangement with Nvidia for GPU distribution...

The only real answer here for those who want to push past the limits is to resort to a 3rd party BIOS, and run the immediate risk of voiding warranty and potentially damaging a pretty expensive piece of hardware - that information I gathered from this article:

I've been modding my vbios for years, my gtx660m is permanently overclocked via a custom vbios, it's not hard to do if you take the time to learn, hell I made a custom vbios for my old 4870X2 .. that thing was a beast at the time.
