Nvidia's and its AIBs' refusal to announce an MSRP for the "Premium RX2060" make it sound a lot like "if you have to ask about price, you cannot afford it."

Not sure what increased availability even means in this context. This card was not released for consumers. Typically, Newegg has a slew of models of a new GPU on release day on their shuffle. Not a single model has shown up on their shuffle. No review samples. No official announcement. No MSRP. Not for gamers. So, there may be increased production, but since the card is targeted at miners, there's no reason to believe we'll ever see these for sale at online retailers. Nvidia should have just given the card a mining model number.
