generic ram & gaming ram

hi i have 2x4gb 2133 mhz generic rams those green ones, would switching to those fancy rgb rams with heat sinks improve my framerate? i3-7100 paired with gtx 1050ti

If it's faster than 2133mhz with tighter timings then sure it could have a minor impact on framerates of some games. DDR4 does not need heatsinks they are just for show, same for RGB I hope you don't think having lights on your ram sticks somehow makes them better in terms of performance.

+1^ Agreee with Dunlop0078. Some improvement, but not much for Intel systems. If it was Ryzen based I'd say yes, but for Intel based systems not really a gaming FPS improvement, but rather for benchmark and synthetic scores.

they look cool and all but i'm all for practicallity in playing games though, i cant go higher thant 2133 since my mobo is locked at 2133 gigabyte h110 mobo, thanks though no need to spend that much on those fancy rams..
