GET 4690K AND ASUS R9 290 or get 4460 AND SAPPHIRE R9 290

I was browsing some builds today, and I found these two. #1 was from r/pcmasterrace, and 2 I made myself. Due to a sale, the price of the SAPPHIRE tri x r9 290 is much more than the ASUS r9 290. I know the trix is much superior, but I was wondering if it is worth sacrificing the trix r9 290 and i5 4460 for a 4690k and ASUS DIRECT CUII R9 290.

P.S. i have heard of some hetsink alignmentalignment problems on the ASUS.

get the build with 4690k ,
in 1st build cpu can be OCed , and has 290 from asus
while, the 2nd build has a locked i5 cpu
so so buy OCing the 4690k , you should be able to get more out the 1st build and be better than the 2nd build
so getting the 1st build with a fully unlocked cpu should be way better the locked 4460

not so common, they makes good cards and such kind of issues are rare..
