Question Get Cell phone calls and text messages from pc

Would like to connect my work pc with my cell phone so I can get messages and phone calls on it. Problem is 1. where I work is a prison and I am not allowed to take my cell phone in to work.
2. Not sure what program or app to use.

I dont think the problem is getting the messages or phone calls. Its more about not having a cell phone in the facility in case a inmate could get ahold of it. So Im pretty sure this is okay I just need to figure out how.

May we assume you'd like to continue receiving a paycheck?
If so, you might want to rethink this.

I have a similar restriction at work. No cell phones in the building. Period. No exceptions.
If someone wants to contact me at work, they either send a regular email, or call the phone on my desk. You know...like we used to do before cell phones.

Let me rephrase this...Maybe you should not pursue this as your job life could be at risk (assuming you work with the inmates and need to pay attention to them and not your messages/calls).

Oh thanks for your help... Gee I didnt think of that.... 10 years of working in a prison... You think I would have thought of that.

Latest Windows 10 includes some limited support for that. But I'd be surprised if you can install anything (whether from Microsoft store or another place) on your work PC in order to do that.
