Get CRC Error (error 0x80070017) when I try to install windows 7 from USB

Hello.
I have had a recent problem where I installed a new SSD hard drive and I am booting from a USB flash drive with windows 7 on it. I keep getting the CRC error 0x80070017. I am running an ASrock Z87 extreme 4 with an intel quad i7 4770k, psu 650, nvidia galaxy 670,ram 8gb, 1000 gb ssd. I did reformat my old 500 gb HD and it has the same problem. I am booting from a USB drive because booting from an optical drive is apparently not a choice. Anything and everything is helpful. I am an amateur at working BIOS.

check the bios rev of the mb see if it has all of the updates. in the bios turn on xmp profile and on some windows 8 mb turn off secure boot to turn on legacy boot.

I did that but it doesnt change anything. It just freezes when on copying files or expanding files. It suspicously takes one second to copy all the files but it cant expand them. Anyone dealt with this or know how to solve this?
