What is it you see, exactly? You're reading $27.77 as 2077? There's an extra $7 in there. Game price should have been $80.77 for what you're saying to make sense.
Perhaps the better question is, why isn't it that price? $27.77 is a pretty underwhelming price for that bundle. They recently put The Witcher 3: GOTY Edition on sale for $14.99, The Witcher 2 for $2.99, and The Witcher for $1.49, while Thronebreaker was $9.99 and the Adventure Game $1.49.
Even if someone hadn't ever played a Witcher game before (yet for some reason wanted to pre-order Cyberpunk on GOG), they would only be saving a few dollars over buying all the titles separately in that prior sale. If that were the case, they probably wouldn't care about getting the spinoff titles though.
It looks like they previously offered this bundle well before the original planned release date though, so it might have made more sense to value the Witcher 3 a little higher at that time. Now, it doesn't seem like a particularly good value though. Most would probably be better off waiting until the individual games they are interested in go on sale again.
