Get it or no?

Hey I was wondering if I should get the new asus k750jn. It's listed at $999 and it's specs seem pretty good to me but idk I could be wrong. I'll be using it for school work and light gaming and was wondering if I should get it. Please if someone could tell me if I should buy extended warranty as we'll for 2,3 or 4 years that would be appreciated. Here is the link to it.

I would probably get it, that's not bad. A few caveats: Absolutely get the warranty just in case. Also, ASUS's customer support is absolutely dreadful so hope and pray you don't have to deal with them
