Get lags on all games, but have agood PC

My computer worked fine a while ago, but now i get lag on every game. I've checked all my drivers and updated them.

My specs:
My CPU: Intel core i5-4690K 3.5 Ghz
My Motherboard: Asus Z97-a
My OS: Windows 8.1 64-bit
My PSU: 500
My RAM: 8gb
My video card: AMD Radeon r9 280

My computer is not so old, and don't know the problem. Would appreciate the help!

Try running ccleaner maybe?
Your PC could be clogged up with nastiness.
How full is your hard drive? when was the last time you done a defrag on it?
Have you run any anti virus scans?

Is the lag only occurring in online games, or are you seeing stuttering and slow response in offline games as well?

First I thought that it was only on CS:GO, usally have good connection constant 5 ping
but when I tried playing Dishonored it was lagging.
