Yeah your build looks pretty neat for that money.
I came back to PC gaming in this generation too (hell I came back to it 2 weeks ago).
I was a hardcore Sony fan since PS1, got a slim PS2 (no phat since back than I was a kid and money was an issue), PS3 even before it was released in Europe. I had fun with the exclusive titles and playing with new people from all around the world.

But on PC there is that "infinite freedom" feeling. And Im not trying to compare consoles and PCs. They are both good in their own category, thats why I recommend a PC and a PS4 to the OP.
And why PS4? Well last-gen Sony wasnt really successful with the PS3. Sure they've sold like 80 millions and stuff, but honestly the price, the complex hardware (and from...
seeing as to how the ps4 just came out and how long the last gen lasted I would say if your going to buy a console and your dead set on sony then buy a ps4. But being a pc gamer i'd say save up for a good gaming rig. If this is what you are trying to ask. Sorry if I didn't answer the right question

PS4 and PC will provide different games, I would get both.

Note:
I am waiting until that d*mn PS4 availability goes normal.

Edit:
I just did quite a big upgrade from Q6600 to my current rig but I am still planning to get PS4 😀
A beamer is also in plan to go along with the PS4.

PS5? How long are you gonna wait? Another 5 years? Welp you won't be waiting that long right? I would get myself a PC but it depends on the games you play. If you like sports game get a PS4 all sport games have great engines on the next gen console like Fifa 14,NBA 2k14. But i heard that EA might make the PC engine to Ignite on the next games. But if you like FPS/RPG/MMO game get a PC. Free multiplayer, discounts is everywhere and also a gaming mouse.

Since there are not so many PS4 ONLY games released now, so just go with a good PC and wait for the PS4´s library to get bigger. Soon quality PS4 exclusives will flood the system but right now you´ll be fine with a PC.

oooohhh, your word "PS4's library to get bigger" make me remember to console emulator. i had experience that something years ago when i used ps1 emulator on pc... it was quite smooth (55+ fps)... so i can put hope it does on ps4 as well... ok, i will go along with pc... 😀

I had a 360 and I really loved it and I was one of the over excited waiting to throw some money in the new gen, however seen both PS4 and Xbox One......................I built myself a MicroITX gaming rig (without even spending too much), small it does everything unlike a console and I am really happy to be back to computer gaming after 5 years using Console.

Then again is a matter of preferences I am not a fan boy I like to invest my money in something worth it, and this time around PC wins, that it :)

Yes PCs seem superior all the time, but there are some pretty good console exclusive games out there which worth the money.
But otherwise if you could play BF4 on a PC and PS4 of course you would play it on PC (if you can achieve PS4's level of fidelity).

It is not necessary a matter of horsepower... seen both console I decided to go for a PC (in signature) which did not cost me much more than a Xbox One but does much more than it, of course horsepower are something that some people may like too and of course there are different exclusive....

I see many people in this generation going back to PC gaming which is a good thing, a bit more creative at least I rediscovered the joy of playing with the case etc... let alone Steam and its prices / platform which is fantastic.

As much as I was a X fan-boy if the choice is really between the two console I would suggest PS4...

Sure they've sold like 80 millions and stuff, but honestly the price, the complex hardware (and from complex hardware came the problem -> lack of launch titles, inferior ports) played a huge role helping the x360 gaining momentum in the industry.

But now? It looks like Sony is back in business, I kinda feel like living in the PS2 era again, which was a good thing. Sure you'll have to pay for online multiplayer now (PS+) but on the other hand, you'll get back so much value for that 40-50 euros/year. It's hard to refuse that offer.
And with a hopefully lag-free streaming service you'll be able to enjoy blockbuster titles released on previous gens.
