[SOLVED] Get stable over 350fps csgo?

So I just made an upgrade of my PC and I didn't get that much fps as I wanted.

Spec :
Asus Rog z390f
I5 9600k
770 gtx
2x 8 GB corsair vengeance lpx ddr4 2666mhz
Corsair h60 cpu cooler

My settings ingame is low all the way, and it seems like the GPU doesn't seems to be under pressure neither does the ram or CPU.

I "only" have somewhere around 260 - 320 fps and I wanted to have stable 350?
Vsync is off, don't know what to do 🙂

Gpu bottleneck unless you run at potato settings then it’s CPU bottleneck.
