Well now I'm confused, some stites say that ultra requirements are i7-3930K/AMD FX-9370 and doesn't specify GPU while the other half says that reqs are I7-4770/FX9370 and GTX 780/R9 290. So... who tells the truth?

It isn't at all. As someone who was formerly in the industry, no publisher has a compatibility laboratory for testing and speccing minimum requirements. They either just guestimate based on what tiny amount of hardware they have in office, outsource it to some small lab or they are EA (the only publisher I worked under that had a dedicated lab for speccing machines from XP to 8 on every piece of hardware from 1995 to 2013 (I left in 2013).

It is sad but true, no publisher anywhere on earth gives a shit about PC gaming, with a mild exception of maybe possibly EA - sorta.
