Yes, i installed geforce experience and the drivers on the msi website

This kind of problem is why I always recommend installing ONE thing at a time. Test the computer, if all is well, install the next thing.

In your case, after you reinstall Windows, and update Windows, you need to install the required AMD chipset drivers for your motherboard and APU. That's so you can get the computer up and running. Then you can install the videocard and drivers for that card.

Some 1050 Ti models require a 6 pin pci-ex connector, you didn't get one of those did you? If so, it needs to be plugged into the power supply.

It doesn't have a 6 pin connector, i checked before buying, and i already installed the amd drivers from here https://support.amd.com/en-us/download/desktop/legacy?product=legacy3&os=Windows%2010%20-%2064 and it didn't really do much, the integrated graphics dose not show up in display adapters on device manager but the 1050 does.

Personally id switch it all off, unplug it all, find somewhere to earth yourself, take the GPU out, clean the PCIe slot ( sure theres a video on youtube for that ) , put the GPU back in and make sure it's seated properly .. boot into windows , uninstall nvidia drivers and reinstall them from Nvidia not from MSI's site ( imo )

otherwise

is your monitor plugged into the 1050 ?

is it a 1080i screen and vsync is on ?

is it set to adaptive vsync ?
