You can still purchase both WinXP Home and Pro OEM Full Installation from Newegg http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16832116511 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16832116515 Unless you already have the WinXP Upgrade disk in your possession, and have attempted to use it?
