Question Getting a new GPU

Hello! I've had this GPU for a long time (GTS 250) and due to the fact that it doesn't support many games (DX10 and Shader Model 4), I'd like to have a change.
This is my current setup:
CPU: AMD Phenom II X6 1090T
GPU: GTS 250
RAM: 16 GB

I'm around the 50-80 Euro Budget and mostly interested in a used one, since I can't get a good GPU (imo) based on that budget.
I've found some alternatives, such as GT 1030 (for 50/55Euros) and I noticed that it's a pretty decent upgrade compare to the one I currently have.
Any suggestions? Plus, I know that the budget is low but that's how it is.

What is the make/model, of your power supply? A GT 1030 is definitely an upgrade, over what you have now, but be sure it is a ddr5 version. The ddr4 version is garbage. AMD's integrated graphics, found on Ryzen APU's can beat it with ease. You also might want to look at some options, on some older gen cards, like the GTX 950, or even a GTX 750 or 750ti. AMD side you have the RX 460, 550, and 560. All of those cards are superior to the 1030.

18.5 Inch Monitor Size and1366x768 Resolution

My PSU is a 800-850 Thermaltake from what I can remember.
The GT 1030 is a 2 GB GDDR5 from what I saw.

I would still recommend checking out those other cards listed. Not knowing your exact country, I looked around a little on the Ebay Germany, and saw some cards that would blow all of those away, near your max budget.
