Yes, you can use any GPU brand with any CPU brand.

yes there is no problem but make sure you got it balanced ,i mean you got good psu at least 550w and a compatible mobo.

The motherboard is not an issue really. Any modern motherboard will support any modern GPU.

The PSU is what really matters.
