Getting an infinite boot loop after upgrading.

Hey, all.

I got a new case, some new RAM, and a new graphics card as Xmas gifts from the wife.
I hooked up the case with all of my old components, as she'd given me that the day before. Had no issues. Booted, played a few games of League of Legends, then left it on for about 24 hours.

The next day, I went to hook up the rest of the new components. Didn't bother checking anything, just hooked everything up and put the side back on. Got no power. Wasn't sure why. Checked all my external connections first and tried a different cord.

So, I open up my case again and just secure the psu connections and stuff.
Tried to boot it, got power, but it's now in an infinite boot loop without posting.
I wanted to check which of the two new things I added is giving me troubles. So, I removed both, same boot loop. Checked all my connections again, no change. Was trying to make sure I didn't he a stray wire or screw or something weird making a short on the mobo.

Kept stripping away non essentials and checking, but getting the same boot loop.
I'm down to having just the CPU/Cooler, main power cord, CPU power cord, and 1 stick of my old ram on a cardboard box. Same loop.

Removed my cooler to see if I had created a short with thermal paste in all the moving around, but no luck. Checked beneath the CPU to see if I bent any pins there or anything, but it looks clean. Couldn't find any damage on the front or back of the MOBO.

I tried to hook up an older power supply, but the same issue persisted. I figured that it had to be my motherboard; so, I went ahead and picked up a new one. It just came in today and, to my surprise, I'm still getting the boot loop.

The only constants throughout the entirety of this process is my processor and an old stick of ram. I'm out of ideas and couldn't find something with similar parameters here on the forums. Sorry if this question is seen a lot, but I'm desperate!

The loop turns on for about 2 or 3 seconds, then stays off for 5 before restarting automatically. The restart happens before posting.

Thanks in advance for any help that can be offered. I'll provide as much information as I can.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Both the boards you've listed seem to support 8Gb sticks of ram on each slot to total 32GB cumulatively. Did you make sure your BIOS is up to date? You forgot to include your full system's specs inclusive of the OS and chassis.
List your specs as:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:

Yes. Although it's not in the case currently. I have the motherboard set on top of its box with just the 8 pin and 24 pin connectors, processor, processor, and a single stick of the old ram.

Not too recently, no.

I'm not reaching the post screen; my windows is still on my SSD, but I can't even get into my bios. The fans spin for 2 seconds before it shuts down. After 5 seconds, it powers back up automatically and repeats the cycle indefinitely.

I haven't altered the SSD since I put it in the new case. It's still running the same windows 8.1. The system was originally entirely the same, with the exception of the case. It booted up fine and worked perfectly until the next day when I plugged in the new ram and graphics card.

After that, it's been looping, regardless of what I try to do. Even with the old components back in and the new ones out.

I just got the new motherboard today and tried to see if I could post with it, but no luck.

Yeah, I went back to using the old ram. I've tried both individually across all four slots and in each of the channels together. Tried the brand new ram also; no luck! :/
