Getting BSOD System_service_exception error 0x000003b...

I´ve bean getting the BSOD lately... blue screen view classified it as System_service_exception error 0x000003b. I´ve tried re installing windows and I get the same error... I´ve also ran memtest and everything turned out fine... I´ve check the hard drive´s health and it´s fine... usually it happens after I close down an application (like a game or Chrome) or running a video... Well any help would be appreciated... here is the info from blue screen view:

I don´t use fire firewires...

Bluescreenview isn't very useful. could you upload the dump files to a website like www.mediafire.com and I'll take a look at them. I would run memtest86 for at least 8 passes, I would also run a stress test on your graphics card.
