Before (<25th April) I used to get 300+ fps on CSGO and I had it capped at 300 but now I hardly get 200.

All settings set to low on CSGO.
Res. 1280x1024 4:3 stretched

GPU: MSI GTX1050ti
CPU: i5 7600k
PSU: Corsair TX550m
Mb: Aorus Z270x-Gaming 7
Ram: G.Skill 3200mhz 8gb single stick

Max CPU temp: 61
Max GPU temp: 59

Graphics drivers were installed using GeForce Experience and they get auto updated.

I'm assuming that you mean to say that my csgo settings have changed? Well, if they were to change I'd definitely notice that and change it back but as you've stressed on them changing, I checked and found no changes.

If you could tell me how to figure out which driver version I was running before, I'd be really grateful.
Not sure, try 425.31 and if need be, keep going back further until you get the desired performance. In the meantime I'd dump NGE as it's really pointless if you setup your own resolution and graphics settings.

Well, my windows is 64bit and rechecked if I installed the right version according to windows and I did but I don't understand this error.
