Getting FPS drops!

Hi guys!
I am having a problem with my pc recently.My FPS drops in every single game i play.This problem was not present before.It has been happening to me for the last 2-3 months.I am getting frame drops in games like skyrim,NFS MW,Grid Autosport and pes 2017.All of these games ran smooth on my computer without fps drop before.But now they tend to drop 5-10 (sometimes FPS drops to 0).Any help will be much appreciated.Here are my specs:
CPU: INTEL QUAD CORE Q6600 2.4 GHZ
GPU: AMD HD 7570 1GB GDDR5
RAM: 5 GB DDR2
HARD DRIVE: 250GB WD2500
MOTHERBOARD: OPTIPLEX 760

you can try the following :
* reinstall your chipset driver
* reset your virtual memory settings

* use CCleaner to clean your system
* defrag your HDD

Thanks for answering.I did everything except defrag but nothing worked.I will try defraging my disk tommorow because its already too late.I will get back to you after defraging.Thanks

None of these solutions solved my problem.I am still getting fps drop.

then you dont have enough RAM in your system. i suggest you upgrade depending how much your motherboards allows.
