[SOLVED] Getting less fps than others with same specs RAM might be the reason ?

My PC Specs are
AMD Ryzen 5 3500X
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 6GB (Gigabyte)
16 GB Single-Channel Corsair Vengence 3000 mhz RAM
Gigabyte B450M DS3H WIFI-CF (AM4)
Gigabyte 550B PSU
960GB KINGSTON SA400S37960G SSD

So i watched many videos on how much fps does R5 3500X + RTX 2060 delivers but after building the PC I always have 15-20 FPS less than the others. even though they were recording also at that time. It is most evident in GTA 5 where others get 90-100+ FPS on ultra but i always get 60-67 even when turned down the settings to medium. In GTA it is still fine. But i wanted to play Assasin Creed Valhalla but im not sure how much fps i would get most of the videos show this CPU+GPU barely managing 60 FPS so my guess is i will get maybe 40-45 FPS in that game. So i want to fix this problem i suspect it is because of the RAM .
My gpu usage is about 50-60%, cpu usage is70- 80% and fps is lower than other people.
What do u think i can do with this ram ? should i buy a same 16 gb ram will that make it work like dual channel ? but in that case also 32 gb will be way more than what i need. or should i buy two 8 GB sticks and discard this one ?Or is it worth it to buy new ram because several articles and videos say the difference in performance between single and Dual is minimal ?
getting better Ram can reduce the CPU bottleneck ?
I have Followed many videos to increase FPS in games but none of them worked.

Solution
There will be in improvement in many games, not necessarily all of them. But yes, this is likely the difference you are seeing.

You can get the complete list of tested memory here:

https://www.gigabyte.com/us/Motherboard/B450M-DS3H-WIFI-rev-1x/support#support-doc

You would find your list under Matisse (3500X)

However, most DDR4 memory should work.

Best to buy in kits, so G.Skill Sniper I have used in the past with no issues. You might not be able to achieve 3600Mhz, but that is okay, it will still run at 3200Mhz if you have to.
Yep, I would say single channel memory is your biggest problem. 3000Mhz is pretty decent. Most people buy 3200, and 3600 is ideal if you can get it working. Gets the infinity fabric up to 1800Mhz

Not sure who was stating the difference between single and dual channel is minor, that seems folly. Under ideal circumstances, it is literally twice as fast. Never quite gets ideal, but still. For average office work, sure, but high performance gaming it really makes a difference.

You can buy a 2x8GB 3200 or 3600 kit, and then simply try selling your 16GB stick, if you don't want to go for 32GB of memory.

If your GPU usage is low, you can try raising graphics settings. Your FPS may stay similar, but it will look nicer when you are CPU bound.

You could also try a little overclocking, that 3000Mhz stick might be convinced to run at 3200Mhz. And you might be able squeeze a little out of the CPU clock. Though Ryzen is pretty good at self regulating.

Thanks for replying .
So Dual channel ram 3200 Mhz i will see major increase in the fps? like 15-20 fps in latest games? i think you already made it clear but asking again just make sure it is worth to upgrade RAM, this PC was built just a month ago.

this one im not sure will ship to my address or not
which one should i go for are these all compatible with my motherboard ? i dont want to miss anything this time if there is any problem then tell me, please suggest.
3600Mhz will be the priority but i still not sure if it will ship to my address so plz tell about others as well if they are compatible.
