I just recently upgraded my computer. Here are my specs.
Motherboard: Asus M5A78L-M Plus
CPU: AMD FX 8320 black edition
GPU: Nvidia GTX 1050
HDD: 2TB WD 5400rpm
PSU: Cooler Master 600W 80+ Bronze

The only new parts I upgraded were the graphics card, power supply, case, and hard drive. I play mainly Fortnite and League of Legends. I was doing research and my set up should be able to run these games smoothly, especially League. I have to play fortnite on medium settings, getting about 60 fps but it skips a good amount and drops drastically when I go into big cities. For League, I play on all very Low and I cap it at 60fps but it drops a lot throughout the whole game. Before the GTX 1050, I had the radeon 6670 and was playing League of max settings and getting over 100 fps so I dont think it's my PC just being too weak, although it's not the best set up. I think I should be getting way higher fps on these 2 games with my setup.

Solution
What are your temps like?

The FX series can normally be OC'd quite nicely. I have pushed my cinebench form 654 to way over 750
- and this has helped 'stutter' a lot.

Also, make sure you have the latest gpu drivers installed. And no progs that suddenly start in the background, hogging resources?
